Penance
"A narrative game about repairing delusions and relationships. Created under the worst of circumstances thanks to a rogue cup of water intent on inflicting critical data loss".

Use Keyboard [Up] [Down] [Right] [Left] to open up the choices, and tap again to confirm. Press the opposite direction to retract the choice you are currently selecting.
The choices with questions usually cost patience. Running out of time (Patience), your parishioner will leave without resolution.
This is a game nicked named "Father Wright, Ace Priest", in which you play as a Priest listening to parishioner's confession and repair their most precious thing in their memory. The first story is centered around an unnamed girl who is jealous of her twin sister but feel guilty and lost... When I run around telling people about our game, I would define it as a "visual novel closer to a dungeon crawler, in which you collect keys and 'fight' conversations in limited time, to piece together the puzzle that opens the final door."
The adventure of this game involved our initial programmer spilled water all over his precious laptop at 20 hours mark. RIP, we will remember you Laptop. However, we managed to pull through and gathered something together. We still have many things we wanted to add, such as the crucial map system that should occupy the top left box, and the lock icons that would tell you which rooms are locked. However, we had great fun jamming and delivering this little piece of experience.
* The bottom right is not a bug, it's really a feature. You just need to crawl really deep into the map... It's supposed to be the star bracelet that reminds the girl that she loves her sister.....
